These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bigeasypressurewashing.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it. The Site is owned and operated by Big Easy Pressure Washing, 517 Soraparu St #103-L, New Orleans, LA 70130 (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using the Site, or by clicking anywhere on the Site to agree to these Terms, you are a “user” for the purposes of these Terms and you are bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. How we handle information about you is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information about you. By using the Site you acknowledge that this processing is carried out in accordance with that policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you may not use the Site.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account details, passwords, and other credentials confidential, and for secure access to your device. You may not transfer your account to anyone else. We are not responsible for unauthorised access to your account that results from theft or misuse of your credentials. We may refuse or cancel service, close an account, or remove or edit content.
Big Easy Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning across Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, and St. Tammany parishes. The Company is licensed and insured.
Estimates are free and are provided in writing before work begins. Pricing depends on the surfaces involved, the square footage, and the level of buildup, so we quote after seeing the surface rather than in advance of it.
We match the cleaning method to the surface, using low pressure with cleaning solutions on siding, shingles, and painted surfaces, and higher pressure on concrete and masonry. We check the work with you before leaving the site.
Additional work such as sealing, re-sanding, or repairs is quoted separately in writing and is included only where your estimate says so. Roof cleaning is one of our services; we do not carry out roof repairs.
You may not use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose.
We make no representations as to the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or timeliness of the content on the Site, and information published here is general guidance rather than an assessment of your property. Always rely on a written estimate for your own property rather than on general figures.
Exterior cleaning reveals what is underneath. Washing can expose pre-existing wear that dirt, mold, or algae was concealing, including failing paint, oxidised siding, spalled concrete, worn sealant, and previous repairs. Some staining sits in the material rather than on it and cannot be removed by cleaning. We do not represent that any particular outcome will be achieved on any particular surface.
The Site may include links to other sites, applications, and platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or materials. Third-party products and linked sites have separate and independent terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms.
All content on the Site, including text, code, graphics, logos, images, compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its contractors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use the Site in a way that could disable, damage, or interfere with it, and you may not reproduce our content for commercial use or republish it as your own without our written permission.
By posting, uploading, or submitting content to us, you grant the Company the right to use that content in connection with operating our business, including to transmit, display, distribute, copy, reproduce, and translate it, and to publish your name in connection with it. No payment is made for this use. We are under no obligation to publish content you send us and may remove it at any time.
Information available through the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, and we are not liable for those errors. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its managers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any costs, losses, expenses (including legal fees), and liabilities arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services, your breach of these Terms, your breach of the rights of any third party, or your breach of applicable law. We may assume the exclusive defence of any such matter, and you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.
We may terminate your access to the Site and its related services, or any part of them, at any time and without notice, if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the State of Louisiana, where the Company is established, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
Nothing in these Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company. Nothing in these Terms limits our ability to comply with governmental, court, police, or law enforcement requests relating to your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on this page, and the date it was last updated appears at the top.
